We are excited to announce that we will now be working with The Beer Sellar as the first official sponsor of our 1001 bottles project. Thanks to Tyler McCord for introducing us to the folks at the Beer Sellar and for scheduling our first meeting to discuss the possibilities of this delicious relationship.
1001 Bottles Beer Drinking Process
What we proposed was pretty simple. Each Monday evening Sheryl and I will be going to the Beer Sellar and drinking a bottle from there. We will research, sample, and write our blog posts while at the Beer Sellar, and invite all of you to come and sample these bottles with us. Hopefully we can sit in the same seats, and built a following on Monday nights. They offer free Wi-Fi, so it makes things easy on our end for sharing all this information with you.
On top of that, they will be featuring the beer that we are drinking that night. So while Sheryl and I sit there and write, everyone else can enjoy the 1001 Bottles beer special. Our first featured night is tomorrow, June 6th, 2011 and we will be sampling the Chimay Bleue (Blue) / Grande Réserve.
Thanks again to Tyler for the introduction. Bottoms up people!
(Please note that we will continue looking for sponsors as we move through this list. The Beer Sellar is where we wanted to start for obvious reasons!)
